FreshTrack Account and Data Deletion
FreshTrack users can request deletion of their account and related data by contacting us by email.
To request account deletion, send an email to:
johanna@harmaakurki.com
Please include:
- Your FreshTrack account email address
- Your organization name, if applicable
- A short message saying that you want your FreshTrack account deleted
When your request is processed, we will delete:
- Your user account
- Your name and email address
- Your organization access
- Personal user-related data connected to your account
Some business records may be retained if required for legal, security, accounting, reporting, or legitimate business purposes. These may include:
- Sales history
- Waste history
- Reports
- Audit logs
- Organization records
Retained data will no longer be used as an active user account and will only be kept as long as necessary for legal, operational, or compliance purposes.
Requests are normally processed within 30 days.
